    Before you post here, please take these steps:

    1. Make sure your operating system and graphics card drivers are up-to-date.
    2. Make sure you are running the most recent version of the app.
    3. If you had to make any updates for steps 1 or 2, ensure that the bug is still happening.
    4. Search the forums, to make sure your bug hasn't already been reported.

    If you have done all of the above, please provide the following information with your report:

    1. Which store you purchased the app from (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, etc.).
    2. Your computer or device type (e.g. Samsung Iron Silver Notebook 9, Apple Macbook Pro Laptop, Google Nexus 9, Apple iPad Pro, etc.) Be sure to include a model number, if available.
    3. Your OS (e.g. Windows 10, Android 6.0 "Marshmallow", iOS 9.3.2, etc.).
    4. Any steps that must be followed to reproduce the bug.

    We are a very small company, so there may be a delay before anyone is able to look at your post. Rest assured that we will get to them, when we can.
