Before you post here, please take these steps:
- Make sure your operating system and graphics card drivers are up-to-date.
- Make sure you are running the most recent version of the app.
- If you had to make any updates for steps 1 or 2, ensure that the bug is still happening.
- Search the forums, to make sure your bug hasn't already been reported.
If you have done all of the above, please provide the following information with your report:
- Which store you purchased the app from (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, etc.).
- Your computer or device type (e.g. Samsung Iron Silver Notebook 9, Apple Macbook Pro Laptop, Google Nexus 9, Apple iPad Pro, etc.) Be sure to include a model number, if available.
- Your OS (e.g. Windows 10, Android 6.0 "Marshmallow", iOS 9.3.2, etc.).
- Any steps that must be followed to reproduce the bug.
