Before you post here, please take these steps:
- Make sure your device's operating system is up-to-date.
- Make sure you are running the most recent version of the app.
- If you had to make any updates for steps 1 or 2, ensure that the bug is still happening.
- Search the forums, to make sure your bug hasn't already been reported.
If you have done all of the above, please provide the following information with your report:
- Which app store you purchased the app from (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.).
- Your device manufacturer (e.g. Samsung, Apple, Motorola, etc.)
- Your device type (e.g. iPad Pro, Moto G, Droid Turbo 2, Nexus 9, etc.)
- Your OS version (e.g. Android 6.0 "Marshmallow", iOS 9.3.2, etc.).
- Any steps that must be followed to reproduce the bug.
