    Before you post here, please take these steps:

    1. Make sure your device's operating system is up-to-date.
    2. Make sure you are running the most recent version of the app.
    3. If you had to make any updates for steps 1 or 2, ensure that the bug is still happening.
    4. Search the forums, to make sure your bug hasn't already been reported.

    If you have done all of the above, please provide the following information with your report:

    1. Which app store you purchased the app from (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.).
    2. Your device manufacturer (e.g. Samsung, Apple, Motorola, etc.)
    3. Your device type (e.g. iPad Pro, Moto G, Droid Turbo 2, Nexus 9, etc.)
    4. Your OS version (e.g. Android 6.0 "Marshmallow", iOS 9.3.2, etc.).
    5. Any steps that must be followed to reproduce the bug.

    We are a very small company, so there may be a delay before anyone is able to look at your post. Rest assured that we will get to them, when we can.
